Medication index
Every medication we track
The 151 products the FDA currently lists in its drug shortage database, with the manufacturer split for each one. If the FDA lists no shortage for a medication, it has no page here — that absence is information too.
The index at a glance
95 of these 151 medications have no manufacturer reporting that it is shipping
That is the number worth knowing before you scroll. It does not mean those products are unobtainable — a manufacturer that files nothing still shows here, and a pharmacy may still be able to order stock it already holds. It does mean the bar on those rows has no teal in it, and that a conversation with your prescriber about alternatives is more likely to be needed.
All 151 medications
151 medications, 315 strengths between them.
No medication here matches that. The FDA only lists a product while a manufacturer reports a problem with it, so a name with no match usually has no current shortage listing.
Not seeing a medication?
We only cover what the FDA currently lists in shortage. Adderall XR, Ritalin IR and Focalin have no current listing. GLP-1s such as Ozempic, Wegovy and Zepbound were removed from the shortage list, so there is nothing to track.
