How often does it update?
Once a day. We fetch the entire database, compare it against the previous day's copy, and record what moved. The date of the copy this page was built from is printed at the bottom of the page, and nothing here is ever older than that date.
Does a manufacturer reporting it is shipping mean I can get it?
No. It means that company told the FDA it is shipping that product nationally. Your pharmacy buys from a wholesaler, which may be out or on allocation, and may not carry that manufacturer at all. This is the gap between national data and your counter, and no national dataset closes it.
Why does the tracker only cover stimulants?
Because that is where the questions are, and a page that claims to track everything tracks nothing well. Every other drug in the database has its own page with the same data, reachable from the drug index, and the changes log covers the whole feed rather than this subset.
